Amazon 'inauthentic' suspension - Help needed!
I have been selling on Amazon for over 2 years and have just had my 2nd account shut down, this time for 'Inauthentic' claims.
I sell branded clothing, Ralph Lauren to be precise and I am aware of the constraints that comes with this.
All items are purchased direct from Ralph Lauren stores therefore 100% authentic although the only information I can supply for verification is my suppliers invoice and also in store Ralph Lauren receipts proving purchase. I have learnt (after research) that the receipts will not be suffice information to pass Amazon's verification therefore can anyone help me?
