Issue with buyers
 

Hello, I sell some items where I need to put customers' names on the items before I ship them. I have like 5 orders already some of them 3 weeks old when buyer buys the item and doesn't give me the name I need to put on nor answers my messages. All I do is buying the shipping label trough Amazon and wait till they answer. Can I get in trouble for that if the buyer complains that he never received the order or something ?

it could be a child name or any name

you need to ask them for their name..or do not ship it.

it could be the buyer made a mistake on sign up of address, however not giving their name is often a warning sign....

I don't need their name I need the name I put on the item they buy it's personalized.

Still not following, why wouldn't their name be included with the shipping information after they make payment?

have you checked buyer messages? why would they buy personalised and not contact you, seems weird....

suppose you will need to cancel if they do not get in touch and you tried to contact them....it will affect your stats though...
