Amazon 7 day hold on funds
 

Just been reading on Amazon regarding them holding funds for 7 days after delivered date, on Amazon it only said for individual, it actually states this will not happen to Pro Merchant accounts, is this true?

I have been reading that it happens to both pro and individual

No. Pro Merchants will stay on a two-week disbursement cycle. Because Pro Merchants tend to have higher sales volumes, they generally have ongoing positive balances in their accounts to cover any refunds, customer disputes, chargebacks, or other claims. Like all sellers, Pro Merchant sellers are still subject to holds on funds for returns, customer disputes, chargebacks and other claims

Yes it happens on Pro accounts, its very normal to get reserves on the accounts early on

I do not mind reserves, I expect that, but I did not think they would hold funds for 7 days after estimated delivery date, I cannot find any information on the site where it affects pro sellers, only individual sellers

It's happening to my pro account but only on .eu sales not .co.uk

I do not understand, it clearly states only individual and not pro, when did you register account

Only 6 weeks ago, so maybe that is the reason why. I don't mind too much as I've been able to withdraw the monies once the time has passed.

What about your first uk payment, how long did you wait

I've been having a lot of issues with the UK payments, I waited around 28 days, got 2-3 daily payments out then got a review. Been on the phone to them etc and just got an email saying the review has been completed and everything is back to normal and I can withdraw the funds (which is all my UK money).

The "7 days after estimated delivery date" is a new thing. I have it on three of my new amazon pro USA accounts.

If your cash flow is not going to be interrupted much, it's nothing to worry about. It's just an initial review/reserve to make sure that you're a legit seller, I guess.

It just concerns me that there is no mention anywhere on Amazon
