I was in this exact position until about mid december, you need to go through the
whole account (.de,.uk,.it,es) and make sure the CC is up to date and the bank is
correct and there is no outstanding balance. Once you have done this call the
seller support and say you would like a account specialist to release the funds.
I waiting over a month and a half to get them to release the funds, i followed
these steps and then it got disbursed.
