hi comrades!

i faced a some kinda new problem with amazon. when i'm placing a new order then within a minute i got the following message on my email:

yes, it applies only to new accounts. and yes, i tried to write them a few times, but it's all to no avail. as i understand it, that all of this is just a new anti-fraud system features, but i need to find out why this happens like that.

1.Your account is too new.
2.Plus you your buying category that amazon considers to be high risk for new accounts.Hence asking for verification
3. Address might be issue or banned address.
4. Not using proper stealth techniques.

I'm having the same issue. They keep requesting documents I have faxed to them over and over on infinite loop. They never deviate from the script. They won't acknowledge they already received the documents, and when they do, they say it didn't have the requested information. These are sick people playing a sick game.

Infinite loop. I hear you! It's currently happening to me on one of my UK accounts. It's been a week of sending them info and them asking for something different and then saying that they didn't receive the info I sent to them previously, and so on.

From what I've noticed I think these review guys at Amazon only look at our last response email. They don't seem to be bothered to go through the correspondence to see that they have already received everything that they asked for.

E-mail jeff@amazon.com and say you've sent it repeatedly, and explain the issue.. they unlocked mine..

Tried it. Didn't work.

Apparently that email goes to the same team who locks the account in the first place.

  • A copy of my statement for my visa ending in xx, including the billing address.
  • my name, phone number, and the email address registered to my Amazon.com account
I have faxed to them. Then they keep requesting
  • A telephone, electricity, or other utility bill that clearly shows my name and address.
  • A scanned copy of the photo and information page of either a valid passport or a scanned copy of both sides of my identity card.
I have faxed to them again and I received another email. This is a buyer account and I have $1k gift card balance. Please give me some advice to exit this loop.:tears::tears:

Are you replying to the same case log or starting a new one?

You should be replying to the same case log if its the same issue

This isn't a "case log" this isn't Seller Support. This is a special fraud team in Amazon that goes even over Seller Performances head.

I didn't have ANY luck. If you have REAL statements with your REAL info that matches your account, by all means, otherwise, It's a lost cause.

Is there something hiding behind that giftcard???

I continually get my buyer account shut down when a valid order gets declined.. if my charge gets decline their bots are so stupid bam it must be fraud and thy lock me out. Even though ive used the same charge and address for 10 years....

One time I did keep getting the loop-around....it was a pain.

Are you making everything clear? Is the account legit and what about that giftcard?

I also got this issue when I made a purchase that was declined with a LEGITIMATE credit card.

Bottom line: DO NOT BUY AND SELL ON THE SAME ACCOUNT.
