Removed selling privilaged
 

I listed a hair treatment that has minoxidil for men. One item got sold and a few days later - Amazon removed my selling rights and asking for plan for not listing such items and compliance with amazon guidelines? Any insight? Any one can help point out some points to include in my reply to them?

Amazon take that niche/category very very seriously.

I assume that one item that was sold was to someone who is trying to establish the legitimacy of the product? I may be wrong.

100% legit item and no questions about the item. The item is a branded item and sold everywhere

Double check WHO sells this everywhere.

If these sellers have regular brick and mortar shops, they may have licence to sell the gook.

Selling online differs. The IP rights of the company are involved.

The item has potential to harm. Regrowth products like this hair restorer are risky.

Yes i have sent to them some point and they say it is not enough. I bought the item online and it is sold every where online. So if you have any thought about what should i add or tell them Appreciate your help guys :)

Let them know that you have removed the items from your inventory and it won't be relisted. On top of that you have disposed of the items by selling them to a retailer. You have read the guidelines and all your merchandise fit into their policies and requirements.
they did not ask for receipts or anything to proof that you were given permission to sell it. Obviously, they don't want you to sell it so don't.
