My Amazon was suspended immediately after adding bank account
 

Hi folks,

I just created a new Amazon stealth account a week ago.
Every thing worked fine except bank account.
1. Fresh IP.
2. New EIN
3. New virtual credit card.

I tried to add my new bank account of BOA yesterday. But I added it to my amazon.ca by mistake. Then I received an email said that my account is related to account that may not be used to sell on amazon.ca.
I thought I add my bank to wrong site. then I remove my bank from amazon.ca and add it to amazon.com again.
Unfortunately I received same email said my account my account is related to account that may not be used to sell on amazon.

But it is new checking account I never used before.

Appeal the decision and explain you've never had an account before.

When you say remove from .ca and add to .com, I'm assuming your talking about the same account, just a different AZ site you've accidentally added it to?

Yes,same account.
You will find three options when you add your bank account.
.ca, .com and .mexico .

What did they say on the appeal?

They said that my account is related to another account that may not used on Amazon.
Due to the nature of our business, we do not provide details our investigation methods.

It seems this account could not get back.

Either they linked something before and the bank triggered a review. Or the bank itself is what was previously used on amazon. Those are probably the 2 most common reasons

Agree with Elmo there. Bear in mind as soon as you add (or in some cases modify) financial information on your Amazon account, it goes into review.
