| koobar | 12-22-2016 12:48 AM | Payment to bank I have 5k on my stealth Amazon account and each time they deposit to my bank the funds were returned after 5 days. Bank information was removed after that. I used to receive payment under 5k to my bank account. Is the amount a matter? I tried Scotiabank, TD, Tangerine, the same thing happened. |
| JamesNorth101 | 12-22-2016 08:24 AM | Re: Payment to bank Have you asked the bank why they are returning the funds? |
Re: Payment to bank Funds were in Canadian or US?
Accounts were chequing or savings?
Scotiabank and TD have not rejected deposits in Canadian dollars to chequing accounts regardless of amounts for me |

Have you asked the bank why they are returning the funds? | I have a feeling that if this is happening with a few diff banks, the OP's banks are not actually returning the funds |
| JamesNorth101 | 12-22-2016 08:33 AM | Re: Payment to bank Ah so you think the money is just never making it to the bank in the first place? That seems a bit strange |
| GreenBean | 12-22-2016 08:44 AM | Re: Payment to bank I just read your earlier posts.
You have had this issue for a long time.
Couple of questions: what type of bank accounts are they, savings or check?
Are you based in Canada ? |

Needs some more clarification. TD Canada is great for mismatched names - Scotiabank too. I don't use Tangerine so no experience there. |
Re: Payment to bank are you using a us chequing or forex accounts in any bank because only some of those will work and youll need a standard chequing or saving |
| koobar | 12-23-2016 05:33 PM | Re: Payment to bank I have a Canadian saving account and the stealth account was registered with amazon.com with a Canadian ID and address. I feel very strange because the bank worked well with small amount of payment. I call the bank and they told me there is no restriction on receiving limit.
I tried BMO with checking account, it didn't work for getting my money back. |
| koobar | 12-23-2016 05:45 PM | Re: Payment to bank Each time Amazon gave me an ACH transaction ID and asked me to call my bank to trace it, but none of the bank clerks knew how to do it. The bank claimed that the fund had never get to their end, otherwise they would have a record |
Re: Payment to bank bmo has issues depending on branches .
if you have an ach id call their toll free and ask the person to trace the wire and whether they bounced it back .sometimes with bmo with even slightly large amounts with mismatch names can cause issues .its happened twice this year with me . |

As suggestion, seems a branch error and/or laziness.
Look for assistance from their toll free numbers.
Hope this works soon.

Re: Payment to bank Ive had similar experience with bmo .the wire comes in the branch and theyre not that efficient and bounce it back .the best thing is to trace it but also visit the branch and tell them once that that youll be receiving wires consistently with the same details .if you tell them once it wont be an issue the next time Quote:

| koobar | 12-24-2016 03:27 PM | Re: Payment to bank I tried saving account with Scotiabank TD and Tangerine, failed; tried with BMO checking account, failed. Thus, in a conclusion, receiving funds by BMO checking account has some issues. Will saving account be a problem? I will try checking account with Scotiabank. |

:ranger: | The banks may have different experience regarding ACH. I called their roll free numbers and they told me they can't trace the Transaction ID |
| koobar | 01-04-2017 11:40 PM | Re: Payment to bank Tried Scotiabank checking account. Failed again. Money was returned to my Amazon account. |
Re: Payment to bank is your mismatched name for banking significantly different from your name because cibc ,bmo and scotia sometimes have issues with that
and your chequing or savings account youre using are standard ones and not us or any forex chequing or savings accounts by any chance right |
| koobar | 01-06-2017 04:48 PM | Re: Payment to bank All the bank accounts are standard. I checked the payment history from Amazon, it says "We could not transfer funds to your bank account because the account information on file is invalid. Please update your bank account information.
Federal Automated Clearing House (ACH) Trace ID for this fund transfer: 10XXXXXXX20GD." Can't figure out what was wrong. |

Re: Payment to bank TD works well with stealth not sure about the other
Try googling aspkin rbc bank to see what comes up |
Re: Payment to bank td works well
in my experience ,rbc works fine but a couple or so large disburements from amazon that are mismatched and they asked me to verify the name and address i had on amazon and held funds for 2 days |
