Amazon FBA SHip from Address

Hi Guys - whats the procedure for FBA from your address if its a banned address?

Do you have to click " I'd like to use my own carrier" and send the items yourself to FBA - not too sure how this works..

Yes exactly, ship from an address (return address) that has not been used before on Amazon

okay thanks for letting me know - in the box to add the tracking number is this optional?

As I wouldn't want Amazon to see where the goods are collected from?
