LLC Questions

Can you use a different name as the owner of a LLC but use correct tax info...Just trying to get some info on setting up an LLC for Amazon...tried to do some research on the forums...just couldnt find anything

The owner of the llc must be you unless you want someone else to own it, just put a different namr on the tax interview and amazon account.

You can name the LLC any name

This random name you choose does not have to be your name

But it must match the name you provide the IRS to get the EIN
