Annual LLC Fees?
 
I used the Amazon Ghost method to start a business account 3 years ago. My state requires a $200.00 fee each year to keep your business license. If I don't pay it and the business is closed will Amazon suspend my business account or can I keep selling under that name?

You should be fine if your LLC becomes inactive, but its a small fee to keep it current. I recommend keeping it active for the benefits an LLC brings you

I couldnt agree more.. As far as Amazon side goes, I dont see an issue if it goes inactive. here in FL, its about $110/year? I am not sure. I need to renew both of mine soon :/
