i am selling for 5 months with out any problem and 4.9 feedback .

Contact your buyers and get feedback from them, then appeal after you receive some feedback

Amazon just wants you to get some feedback / reputation for the sales you've done

That message is as a result of your sales to feedback ratio. If their to wide, i.e. too many buyers not leaving you any feedback could imply to Amazon buyers are perhaps neutral with the product and service you've provided. Neautral doesn't bode well with Amazon, so you need to always ensure your service is at the top of its game.

Amazon is for the best of the best sellers.

They take every little thing extremely serious and they will not hesitate to suspend you.

Always go above and beyond, and tell them exactly what they want to hear. That is the only way of staying on Amazon and continuing to sell.

Ask your buyers for feedback and also explain to Amazon why you think you are not getting the feedback that they think you should be getting.
