Sending Bulk emails to buyers to get feedback
 

Hey Guys,

Im looking to send out emails to all my buyers to request some feedback, ive heard you should get feedback for 10% of your orders. Ive sold over 400 units yet i only have 7 feedback.

Does anybody have any advice to sending bulk emails or is this frowned upon in stealth?

I would do it, it couldnt hurt. Collect all the email addresses and use a bulk email program (lots out there to choose from). and hopefully you will get some good feedback.

Try to also include a note within the package asking for some feedback - with step by step instructions. Print the note on coloured paper to attract the buyers attention.

These little things can help boost the number of feedback you receive.

Could this be a glitch of some kind? The reason I ask is because I have an account a little past 90 days old and has 24 problem free ship on time completed sales and (0) feedback. I have left feedback for all sales. I was just thinking that's kind of odd. FYI 21 day hold has been random the last couple weeks.

It's not odd, most people don't leave feedback on Amazon, its pretty hard to get

But if you ask them kindly, you can increase your rates
