Has MUSIC become a restricted selling category?

Just signed up for my third Amazon UK account.

And noticed that all of a sudden, music items are restricted.

When did this happen?

Also...how does one get approval? Or, is there a way around this?

Well...if it's restricted then I assume you will be required to supply invoices....seems straightforward, doesn't it?
