When your card 100% approve your address.
 

Lets say I register new amazon UK account, everything looks nice, amazon don't show me any notification that I need to update charge method or block my account instantly, so I can start selling.
Are amazon UK checking my card details every time he sends me money to bank account ? And there is still a chance to get blocked later, after 1-3 payments ?

Each time your due a disbursement, Amazon will charge your card a small sum of money to check its a) active and b) got sufficient balance. Usually having £5 on the card is sufficient, though £10 is best to play it safe.

The moment any of the above two factors become null, the disbursement wont go through and your charge method will flag up.

Best to keep some balance as play said they check card everytime disbursement
Plus if your AZ account balance is zero and AZ issued refund to customer that will be charged from your card
