New seller needs help
 

Hi Guys, I just started selling in Amazon.
Cut to the chase, my account got suspended after a couple of sales.
"You currently may not sell on Amazon.com because you are offering items that may infringe intellectual property rights or may be inauthentic."

I'm getting a new broadband, new modem, but using the same router.
My question is, can I use the same laptop to open and manage a new seller's account without being detected by Amazon? Anybody tried this before?

I understand that getting a new laptop will solve this but, I can't afford it at this moment.

First, welcome to the forums :)

- New laptop doesn't solve your problem
- Doesn't matter of new or same modem and router. As long as you get a different IP and it will work

- Both of the above doesn't solve your problem if you selling the same items or the "items that may infringe intellectual property rights or may be inauthentic"

Spend at least 1-2 day reading this Amazon sub-folder

Definitely research some more and try to appeal the suspension if it gives you the option

Welcome to the forums Exori

Meaning to say I can use the same laptop, modem and router as long as I have a new IP, and don't sell the same items, right?

You have to make sure you look like a completely different person.

This is important to succeed in stealth.

if u use same laptop i would suggest re-formatting it and use different browser for amazon
if u just delete history they may track u by flash cookies - sol files fingerprint and probably something we dont know about

but if u reformat and use different browser it will help i beleive
