Held inventory in FBA, lets get it back
 

Hi there, I am sure I am not the only person who has had accounts deleted or suspended with inventory still in FBA and then they dont get it back. You are probably even receiving the ACTION REQUIRED ON FBA INVENTORY emails with the link to confirm how much they are holding.

I have started a legal challenge on this matter and after much delay I have received confirmation that it should be credited if it has been held on an account. This could be returning the stock or the value of the stock (value to be agreed between account selling price and retail price)

Let me know if you are in a similar situation to me and how much inventory is being held, I might be able to help.

do a forum search, as I have seen threads containing stories before....

what address did you use for amazon HQ, for your legal challenge? how did you communicate?

I have had sucess with just submitting a Removal order.. 2 of my closed accounts just sent the stuff no questions asked.

How did you submit the removal order if the account is CLOSED as in cannot log in ???

You can send a email to Remove-My-Inventory@Amazon.co.uk

Just give them all the details and then they will reply saying that the stock will be with you within 15 days. I just did this on a account i lost access to and i got the stock 8 days later.
