Amazon API Linking Accounts

Is it possible to link accounts through API keys?

For example, my personal account is suspended, but if I use an API key from an active selling Amazon account on my suspended IP / MAC Address, will it link?

I would like to use the Jungle Scout Pro Extention which requires an API key from a Premium Amazon Account ($39.95) & obv my personal one doesn't have that.

I think it will. The normal webpage also uses the API for common functions. It's just so the case that Amazon happened to decide to make the API publicly accessible to external app. As far as Amazon's IP-vetting algo is concerned, it probably couldn't even tell the difference between external and web-based access.
