Feedback Problem! Help Amazon is crazy

Amazon has done it again. Two weeks, any feedback removal request under the sun was removed. No nada, even sending the same one ten times. Even getting the buyer to agree to remove their feedback in writing. They generate a bs bot answer. What is going on? Who else is experiencing this? They did this in November, was is it back. F U them!

They are having a lot of issues feedback related at the moment. I think they are going through a site-wide upgrade which is causing a lot of issues with many clients of mine. Wait a week and try sending another response.
