Registered for new account, Amazon suspended me, any point of appealing?
 

I registered an Amazon seller stealth account last month and almost immediately Amazon asked for a business license, inventory receipts and utility bill. After a couple weeks I got an e-mail that my account has been suspended because they linked me to another account. Is there any point in appealing or should I just try a new account? I used the same banking info as before but everything else was fresh.

If they linked you to another account, no point in trying to resolve the issues. Only option is to move on to another one.

Did you register as individual or professional seller? Just want to see if I register as an individual seller will they ask me for those documents.

Registered as Individual does not have requirements, once you upgrade to pro, they will suspended and ask for documents. Which as of today, they are very much backlogged and not responding to emails.

Welcome to the forums - AZ is pretty tight on suspensions.

You used the same banking info as the old account?!? That's an easy link - don't do it again when you make new accounts

Yes, and individual seller accounts can also request them.

I think im confused a bit. I know if you register as a business they will ask for a biz license and all that.

But if you register as an individual and then upgrade your account to a pro accm do they still as for those docs?

The documents they may ask for are Business License / National ID / Bank Statement and Utility. Even if you do provide them they are still delaying the time it takes for them to review the documents. I have an account almost 2 weeks waiting for a response with no word from Amazon. They are highly unprepared for these new requests and understaffed at the moment.

In the past they would not ask for those documents all of the time when you upgrade your account.

It sounds like you're saying they ask for those documents 100% of the time now when you upgrade the account to the pro 39.99 a month.

Is that a new policy?

Yes it appears like the new standard, they are slowly introducing new requirements.

no matter individual or business
the same for the individual account is necessary:
--Utility Bill with name and address visible
--Business license
--If You have active listings, include copies of invoices, receipts, contracts or delivery orders from your supplier issued in the last 90 days

paypal is suck，my paypal account now limited，no case，no report，now need photo id and supplier info ，address verify，supplier invoice。
