is there a list of banned BIN for cards ?
 

is there a list of Bank Identification Number or first VCC cards that are known to not be working?

I am thinking of looking for VCC cards that seems to be only local to a country (small and not on aZ's radar) like.
http://www.trans-cash.fr
or some in danemark, .... or other smaller countries not on AZ radar but would love a list of the one known not to work

you won't find a list unfortunately

But once you start testing them out yourself you'll be able to put one together on your own

Most will not work for amazon

It would be a very long list. Amazon have banned most prepaid cards

It's all about trail and error!

Yes most do not work. Best you test some out and see what works and what doesnt work on your own. That is the best advice you can get :)

Would be easier to tell which are not banned - list will be very small. But noone will tell it, as info about AZ cards is golden.

How about opening a real credit card but in another country?
Like say someone from the Bahamas wants to sale on AZ.

also you mentioned try yourself.

What is the process one can use to try?
open 20 accounts see which one works or can you try 1 card. don't work. try another card, .... ???? or does AZ black list you at the first one not working and even though one would work it gets blocked because of previous tries????

You can try adding an international card with mismatching information and see if it works.

Best way is to test the cards 1 at a time on new accounts.
