This is something new. Actually we never did so many claims so no idea. What's the standing of the account and what exactly has happened here?

Submitted a lot over a 3 day period. But we do 150k a month. two claims were claims previosly denied by amazon. However we submitted 4, two the issued two they denied again. I feel like that triggered it. There was no explanation. Thought we were fine and did some claim before reconilation but like 3 days away. It was clear the inventory was lost.

No im almost certain Seller Performance arent open on weekends. In your kind of case, id be quite hopeful in getting the account reinstated, but you may need to work like a dog to get it back.

Start with Seller Performance, if your not getting anywhere with them you may be forced to contact the managing director email or jeff email. If you were doing 150K per month, it would be very strange for them to permanently suspend you considering the amount of money you are paying in fees etc. Ive heard of alot of people working with a lady called 'Cynthia Styne' to get the account back. Shes expensive but ive only heard very good reports.

Ive had a account reinstated over the weekend in the past. Wasnt sure if anything changed..

Well I am sure in past few months someone else also posted this type of suspension

If you abuse AZ system off course they will suspend you, I am sure nothing wrong from AZ side of fba if they lost shipment this must be from your end or some mistake from your side, maybe sending less inventory I am not sure but I don't think they will restore your account

I sell around 75k per month with AZ and my never any shipment lost not I claimed anything from them it was 3 or 4 it me was lost I remember but not worth to give trouble to them I can afford this

I believe that's why AZ so far very good with me

They are evil weasels. We do 150k a month. Tried to clean are lost inventory and they hit us. We did use AMZ refunds and refundsmanager. Which makes us look awful agressive. Refundsmanger is ripoff business. How would you write a appeal. 2 claims were done twice and we tried to clean up our damaged inventory and may have filed a redudant claim. We didnt do anything. help!
