Not suspended however i need a new account
I know suspension is right around the corner
I got a Cease and desist order from a company (vorys seymore and slate) something or other.. to stop selling mary kay
i was not the only seller
i pretty much sold the catalog online and used payability to get the funds sooner to grow quicker
long story short after i got the letter amazon told me i could keep selling they did not do it right with the c&d however i did not want to risk going to court with mary kay
i put my account on vacation now as my 1 neg and 2 a-z fall on lower sale number the % will get higher as 1 neg and 2 az v.s 2,400 sales isnt so bad however its been 30 days and my % is almost at 1% ODR reached I have tried to shut down my account before the ODR was reached.. i must wait 60 more days and i know its useless unless i get another product to sell fast (at this point and time im fine selling for someone who is BANNED AS long as they can take care of the shipping and stuff as long as i can get my ODR not to go bad and they can have 100% of the money minus the shipping/ fees.. thats where im at however i know this forum isnt hear for that... so what im asking is how can i create a stealth account while my actual account is still up and running??? how do i ungate cosmetics/ health and beauty while needing an invoice with a name on it??? can someone help me with their experiences??? |
