Suspended but still asking to upload documents
 

My selling privelges had been removed for not providing Amazon with ID, proof or address and bank statement.

When i did this i was immediately emailed saying the review found i was selling more than an individual and i needed to change to a business.

This forces you enter a UTR. I made up one thinking this can't be checked?
I then had to confirm primary contact details. ****, i see an old used address is listed as an option for returns! Still, it if hasn't been picked up by the bots so far...

I'm immediately suspended. :violin:

Do you think the bots picked up the old address at this exact point?
Do you think the bogus UTR was picked up?

I have not received an email but at the top of the page it's noted that i am suspended. It's also asking me to upload proof of UTR.

Is the account dead or am i suspended until documents are uploaded?

well when your account was under review was it suspended? when was actually suspended, thats quite normal if your sale high they ask to convert into business account and ask for all this information

They can check the UTR so it has to be correctly formatted

No, it wasn't suspended before this.
They kept asking for info to be uploaded and eventually stopped my listings from being available (they were still active in my inventory but displayed as 'currently unavailable' when i clicked on them)

I did not know this. I found an old topic that said they couldn't check the number.
Just looking now and it seems that there is a way to validate the number. The first digit is a check digit according to this thread.

There are many issues causing suspensions currently

Amazon Us and Uk had been going through updates which is making it hard for stealth accounts at the moment
