Cannot Login
 

Hi I just created two fresh stealth accounts.

The first account I entered the vcc details and it always got declined. The next day I wanted to login in and it says that the password is incorrect. I tried to reset the password and I did receive the link for resetting the password, but it still says the same error.


The second account I put in all the details and I put in the vcc details and after when I had to put in the Store Name, it gave me an error message. And when I wanted to log in afterwards it says password incorrect.


When I contacted Amazon regarding the account they told me that the account with this email address cannot be found.

Is it the case that certain VCC are blacklisted and the account deleted straightaway?

1. Yes, certain VCC are blacklisted - did you get yours from a seller here?

2. IF you can't lg in and you are getting that "password is incorrect" message in spite of resetting, the account usually has been deleted. Hope you had no money in it

The VCC, combined with your methods of account creation definitely caused them to delete the account.

there is not a lot that can go wrong with account creation.

only the vcc that you use causes the issues.

Your right - if you posted that a few months back. Since then Amazon have significantly improved their tracking techniques.

Accounts need to be made to perfection now. There's no two ways about it.

The accounts are deleted for sure. However, we cannot point the account deletion reason to be the VCC because accounts are deleted/suspended by amazon only after all the necessary info (including cc) has been added. So it is possible that the details you used may have been blacklisted or it is possible that they linked the new accounts to your previously suspended (assuming that you have a previously suspended account) account already and were waiting for the accounts to be set up before deleting them. It could be one of several reasons!

Either way, you'll have to figure out whether it was the VCC or any other method that you used that got the accounts suspended.

I cant login too. But my acc was suspended before. Now after 90days got mail that may acc reviewing and if a don't send papers i will be suspended :) I write support, asked if be extended my holding money or not, but now answers. And no answer with login problem, write 3 letters, but.. :(

What papers are they requesting?
