Linked through Brand Registry

We have our own line of products, which was attached to a suspended account. How do you suggest we proceed with selling these products on new account ?

Can we still use brand registry, do we have to create new logo etc ?

Re: Linked through Brand Registry

I've recently been testing this actually. I had an account suspended with private label products. I was the only seller for this brand and had brand registry on the account. I setup a new stealth account and tried listing against a few of the ASIN's but got the "You need approval to sell this brand." Since I previously had the logo, contact information, website and everything for the brand I just sent all that in plus a letter that said the manufacturer authorized the new account as a distributor for the brand. I also modified the original website to indicate the new account information was an authorized distributor. I was approved and now I'm selling the products on a new account. We'll see how it goes but so far no problem. Its been a week.

Just a note, before they started gating brands in brand registry I had listed against previous asin's I had created from suspended accounts with brand registry and sold on them for months, sometimes years. Now might be different because of the brand gating but it seems to be working so far. As always though, everything is an experiment.
