LLC Formed, now DBA?

Hi -

I already have a LLC formed in the state of Illinois which is linked to my main Amazon account which I've had for about 2 years now (all stealth).

I am thinking of creating a new stealth account - however, I am not sure if I should create a new LLC in Delaware or Arizona or just do a DBA under my main LLC?

What do you guys think?

It doesn't matter what state the LLC is registered in as long as you have an EIN not previously used before you can add on Amazon.

I understand that - how about the DBA part? In regards to the billing address of the DBA - it woud still be my current LLC address?

Also - how much are you selling fully verified accounts for?

The address on Amazon should match your stealth address to keep it neat. The only info you add is the EIN # and the company name you provided the IRS.

They cannot verify address, just the company name and EIN #
