Amazon not releasing fund after 90 days
 

Hello,

My account was suspended before 90 days . When I requested for the fund they responded with below email.

Hello,

Your related selling account has an outstanding balance of
**** USD, **** USD.

With your permission, we can debit the amount from your current selling account to cover the debt. We can release your remaining funds at that time.


I responded back with giving the permission and now they stop responding back to any of my email. I am worried for my fund. Anyone went through this experience ? How long I need to wait to receive my fund?

Follow these steps

1. go to the different regions possible for the amazon account and make sure that you dont owe any money
2. pay off any money you owe
3. email payments-investigate@amazon.com
4. problem solved

your account was either linked with another of your accounts directly or else you entered a bank account for the 2nd account that was earlier used for the first account that theyve linked you with .
you can try to email payments directly and theyll send you the same email as you showed and once you confirm theyll adjust the balances and disburse the remaining

@alim, usually if an account is linked that way, AZ is known for deletion so I kind of doubt he/she got linked - maybe just the items were a problem? or feedback? returns?

I would add more information. I am sure this will be useful to anyone in future who has similar issue.

1. They haven't deleted any of the accounts. All accounts are up and running.
2. I send email to them stating that I give permission to withdraw. I didn't get any response from them.
3. I have started paying off to other accounts which had pending balance today morning.
4. I received email from amazon within 20 minutes after payment to one of the old accounts (coincidence or trigger fired who knows ?) stating that we are still reviewing your account. After 90 days of suspension they are still reviewing account?
5. Only thing I see different to find out how they link is possibly last day I used my cell phone as hotspot as I was away from home. Otherwise this accounts are up and running for 2 + years. There is nothing matching including bank, cc. I am not sure using the hotspot can cause the issue even if the IPs were different. I tried that 1st time as I was worried for late responses to the customer messages.
6. Another possibility is return address has same state but not same city.
. Really no Idea how they linked.

Now question is how long they will keep on review and when will they release the refund . They promised in 1st email that if you give the permission obviously didn't work. Possibly they are seeing more possible chargebacks on old accounts.

So 90 days is basic time but not sure how long they will extend?

It's 90 days then it disburses in your usual pay cycle. Check your account balance and see if it's available.

Please don't post something without knowing the context and intensity of the issue. Everyone who sells on amazon knows that they disburse at 90 days. Don't just write something because you have to mandatory post to get the access on forum. Do you think I won't know if its already in my bank account? Please .

Did you bump your head. Meaning it isn't exactly 90 days. 90 days from suspension but if you got suspended 1 day after your disbursement date it can take 103 days. That is why I told you check you Amazon balance in your Amazon account and see if it says available for disbursement. No your bank account. Now you can go play in traffic.

@RustyShackelford : 90 days rules applies irrespective no matter what is your disbursement date is. The rule of bump your head doesn't apply for 99% of cases. I would request you to please read the thread thoroughly and try to learn instead replying irrelevant information. you will always get at 91st day no matter what is your disbursement date is . This is different issue so please being a junior member try to learn rather misguiding.

Let me break it down for you. Judging by your nasty attitude I can guess the country you are from, and that nasty attitude is why your account wasn't reinstated. No it doesn't always get disbursed on the 91st day. I have seen that many times. Maybe if you didn't speak to support as you would in a lower cast you would have better results.

Report back when your fund is deposited -- my experience is 90-95 days.

i am pretty sure
his issue isnt the 90 or 95 days,its the outstanding balance on the other account
I have had this issue where the accounts were linked and i had a small balance from an a to z claim by a buyer after 90 days and since i had recieved full disbursement earlier,the balance was negative so when it got linked they sent me the same message asking me to allow them to adjust the balance after which they would disburse.after I confirmed they deducted the balance and disbursed the rest

the only issue in his case is that they arent replying
try emailing payments instead of seller support and include the initial message about adjustment in the email you send them.

You feel I am.nasty because you are Rusty. I request you not to use such words for possibly getting blocked from site .So what is your advice? When will I get money ?since you said you have seen many times give me the exact date. Do you ever Consider if the balance is not paid on other accounts they can hold money for non fixed date ?

If you read properly my original post, it will fully resolve your problem, either your .mx or .ca or one of those accounts has a minus ballance. You need to restore this to a neutral balance in order for your money to be disbursed.

If you had listened to my advice originally you would have your money out by now. If you dont pay, you wont get the money.

90-120 days is generally how long it takes, but it can take longer on occasion

if you have outstanding issues with other accounts, they could be waiting for 90 days to pass on all linked related accounts to limit their risks of chargebacks etc

I have been given the run around before on accounts for UK - even when the 90 days are up they will send an email when chased saying they need more time to investigate etc.

I have had to chase for 2 months solid before after the 90 days until finally getting paid.

The state of my accounts were deletion with no access to my seller account.

In other words stay determined - dont get nasty - i usually say i need to feed my kids etc
