just got suspended by amazon.com
well i was warned before getting into this arena, thats why i took it relatively slow
but things move fast on amazon as opposed to ebay
so ive been fighting myself to slow down every week to get my account stable
so for one month it was ok, after the first transfer of funds by amazon i started pushing a little harder, sold more pricy products
the deal is i listed 3 products a few days ago, not sold one unit of them yet, i was planning to source them off walmart and sears whenever a purchase will come
then on march 8 i got my seller privileges removed for infringment and at the end of that email theres those 3 ASIN of those products, i dont understand how can they claim it is a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ or something with no orders made, no buyer to complain ?
even more why not just block those listing, just suspend my account that easily?
ive appealed to their decision 2 days ago explaining everything and been waiting ever since
they noted to wait 24 hours, got nothing from them past that time.
i called seller support , they say they are checking it but still nothing
is it a lost cause ? just give up ? they hold around 800$ in the account but i care more about the account, i want to keep selling , i want to keep working, i want to grow in this bussiness and if ive done something wrong i want to make it right, what can i do ???? |
