Question about multiple brands and registry
 

Hello everyone,

I wanted to thank this community for how much help it has given me over the years and have been able to sell in the cell phones / accessories market for a long time.

It has now been a huge headache even though we are semi large private brand with issues with patents, and reviews.

Over the years I have accumulated many customers who now can buy our products and leave a reviews when needed.

I wanted to create about 5 different brands each with a different VPN, VM, CC, email etc and waned to know what exactly I would need to provide amazon for the brand registry, does the name of the person who is trademarking have to be legit? Other than the trademark do we also need a website?

Is this your first time doing brand registry? If you've done it before you just apply the same principles with stealth protocol to create multiple accounts.

Did it a few years ago, does the person need to be a real person who you register the trademark to?
