Hi one account i have been running for 18 months perfect with lot of orders got suspended today but there is no email when i log in it says amazon has suspended your account please refer to the email for more about the status of your account. but there is no email and nothig in performance notification can anything be done? What should i do this in this situation whats reason for this suspension as all seems fine perfect metrics and everything.

Send them an email via the seller support message system and as long as your account is in good standing you should be reinstated. You'll hear back regardless within a couple days of what they want you to provide
If you are selling on Amazon EU platforms and got suspended on one of the 5 Platforms they will eventually suspend you on all platforms without email. This can happen within 1 week, but might as well take a few weeks. Not sure if that's the case with you, but happened to me.
I only sold on the uk platform but now i have had a response they are saying failed verification but my account is 18 months old and was fully verified so im shocked not sure what to do
Everything was running smoothly they didnt ask for any materials just suspended with no email and then receivef email from seller verification saying your account couldnt get verified
