Once the item is selling well, I got listing under review for authenticity
 

Hello folks,

I got another letter from Amazon:
We are reviewing your account because of concerns about the authenticity of the items below. We would like to work with you to resolve the concern and complete our review.

ASIN:
TITLE:

Within 7 days, please reply to this email with the following:
-- Copies of invoices or receipts from your supplier issued in the last 365 days. These should reflect your sales volume during that time.
-- Contact information for your supplier, including name, phone number, address, and website.

I already received this kind of email three times this year. I let it go at the first two emails.
I do not know why amazon catch me since my item is generic and brand name is my store name.
I feel like once one product sales are going up then I receive this email. It is wired it is generic. It seems much more tougher to deal with amazon than ebay.
Any thoughts ?

It is possible that the ASIN got reported for being "⊗⊗⊗⊗" for another seller. Happened to me in the past. Nothing to do with the volume of sales, really. I was selling about 20 to 30 units per week and never got the notice. However, I received this email in a bad season (not many sales). I had to send in the invoices and everything went back to normal.

If the email says that your account will be suspended if you don't send them the invoices, you should send them the info. If the email is talking about only one ASIN and that they will not let you list this ASIN if you don't submit the info, you can just delete the ASIN from inventory and carry on with your sales. However, if your account goes under review subsequently for another (a second) "inauthentic" claim, you'll have to provide them with the info or risk getting suspended.

That's from my experience across several amazon USA seller accounts.

That makes sense. I lower the price recently for more sales. Several sellers are selling same product.

I will try to create more accounts and do FBA. Lots of things need to be learned
