Review of Your Amazon.com Seller Account

What means that?

Hello,

We are reviewing your Amazon.com seller account. A reserve equal to your gross sales amount for the preceding 14 days will apply while your account is under review. Based on your order volume, the amount of the reserve may change daily.

When your account balance exceeds this reserve amount, you will be able to transfer funds based on your settlement schedule. You can view details on the Payments page in the Reports section of Seller Central (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/...t-summary.html).

Please continue to ship orders and only list items that you can send by the expected ship date.

You can help by sending us more information about your business. Click the Appeal button next to this message on the Performance Notifications page in Seller Central (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/...fications.html) and provide the requested information.

To learn more about account reviews, search for "Velocity Limits and Account Reviews" in Seller Central Help.

We will send you an email when we have completed our review.

Sincerely,

Merchant Review Team

Pretty standard, happens mostly after you add a bank account or after the first cash out or after a couple of sales. Keep selling and shipping the stuff as usual and add tracking numbers once shipped if possible. Also gain some feedback. The hold should go away after about 1 month.

During this review period I'd be extra careful with what I list and try to answer all customer questions asap.

Yeah that is pretty standard

In this period try to message your previous buyers and ask them for positive feedback if they were satisfied. If they were not satisfied ask them what you can do to earn that positive remark :)

I thought one was not allowed to ask your buyers for positive feedback.

I wouldn't ask buyers to leave any kind of feedback. I'd just wait it out. Asking them for positive feedback seems risky. I must have sold over 2000 units this year, but I have less than 2% feedback, all positive, from those sales! Sad, but that's how it is in my niche.

Very similar here. I had these 14 days (before 21 days) holds. Mostly the hold was only for one month. During that time I didn't get any feedback at all. They would just let go and I could sell as usual and cash out as usual after one month.

One thing you might not want during this hold back period is negative feedback or answering too slow to messages, slow shipping or whatever could get your account in bad standing according to AZ standards.

All pro accounts have that same rolling reserve / 14 day period

Another ploy for amascam to make interest on your funds. Then block your account before payout.Real good selling platform.Screwing the sellers.

I got under review due to insufficient feedback for my new account.
I sold more than $6000 in the first month and only get 2 positive feedback in my amazon.com . No feedback in my amazon.ca which suspend my account.
But I could not sell anything but listings are still active.
I have to wait and see what is going on....

message your buyers and ask for honest feedback. That is the best way to get out of those :thumb:

They may have asked you for a plan of action, I'm guessing? Just make sure the appeal clearly answers all their questions. I had the exact same thing done to me at one point. Took me about a month and half to get the account back.
