How I cancel Amazon orders that were printed shipping labels but it's never shipped ?
 

Two months ago. I had 50 orders with total amount nearly $4000. At that time, the balance in my amazon US account were $7000.

These orders were unable to ship because of out of stock. I also bought shipping labels for these orders, but I never ship it. After that, I sent full refund for these all orders and then, the balance at that time were around $3000. I thought that was the way of cancelling these orders.

Unfortunately, util now, these orders still marked not shipped and Amazon also held $3000 in my accounts. I tried to cancel these shipping labels as well as orders but it's too late.

Now I'm very worried! Is there any ways to get my money back? Please give me some advice. Thank you very much, bro!

You'll have to wait for 90 days to get your money, from the looks of it; unless you can appeal for reinstatement and give them a solid reason (obviously can't say out of stock) for the refunds and cancellations. It may be difficult to do that (get your account back) if you cancelled too many orders within a short period of time.

At this time the reason that Amazon giving me is: "Your late shipment rate exceeds 4%". And I'm not giving them the plan to improve that issue, so that my account was suspended. That's all reason at this time.

You would need to appeal the suspension with a plan of action to resolve the issues you were having. If they were 1 time situation problems, usually by explaining it clearly you won't experience those same problems again, they will usually reinstate you

But if your seller performance is too low, chances are you will not win an appeal and you will have to wait 90 days before being able to refund

Actually, My account was suspended 1 time before with the same situations (late shipping > 4%). I think I have no chance to win this appeal.
