Want to give my Beauty-Ungated Amazon to my Childs Mother, tips?
 

Hello, great community

I know this question is a bit frowned upon to ask, but my situation is fairly simple. My ex has been struggling and can't find work and is raising my child out of state, and I have my amazon undated for beauty that has just been basically sitting, with face creams that haven't really gone anywhere...

Im wanting to have her take it over and work towards building a self sufficient machine, so is there a recommended direction I can take the account? Im guessing buying from china and redistributing, if that is possible... I just need to ask what direction is recommended to give her a stable modest income. Not trying to get rich.

I have my own directions with ebay that I don't want to quite involve her as its a little too risky and unstable.

Any suggestion would be much appreciated, PM or pubic.

Take what you know from your ebay business and apply it to Amazon

The same selling principles mostly apply. Find quality products with good margins to sell

Avoid buying beauty products from China - unless your willing to pay a few thousand bucks to get the product tested locally. They can be very hazardous to say the least.

Your partner could also make her own beauty products if she has the knowhow, or find a manufacturer who will supply white label products for you to brand and sell. There are many alternatives.

If this is her first time actually using Amazon to sell, I would suggest go with another category to get to grips with the platform.

With a child on her hands, FBA may be something worth looking into.

That's a big gift, that can be too easily wasted. You may want to make sure she is up to the task before leaving her alone with the account...

That's true those Beauty/Health accounts are very very hard to get ungated these days. Best to keep them safe! :)

Interested in selling it I would pay top dollar for it
