account is verified last year and it was left without any sale since then, now start selling on that account again will be any chance for velocity review or something like this i am doing around 2-3k per week

Doesn't matter when it was VERIFIED - quantity of sales off that bat at that rate you're asking for a limitation or merchant review pretty soonish.

I would be looking at spreading your sales if I were you.
