account locked after disbursement?
 

i got the email from amazon said they disburse the payment into my bank account on 04/08 which is Saturday . Today is Tuesday but i didn't see any money in my bank yet and when i tried to login my amazon account, It seems they have locked it. All of my listing is disable as well. Question is, do i able to receive the money they disburse on 04/08 or not?

most likely not, when they locked it on sunday for sure not, but no way to find out when it was locked UNLESS you ask payment-investigate@amazon.com they tell you exact when it was "suspended".

In my experience, everything that is after 36 hours after receiving the email is a good to go. EVerything before, forget it.

If you cannot login and your account is in the incorrect password stage, it means they locked/deleted the account and you won't be able to get funds most of the time.

They most likely linked you to another account which they found at the time of requesting disbursement. They tend to do automatic reviews anytime there is a disbursement or account change.

Welcome to the forums OP - it seems like your account has been deleted if you are unable to login - how much money are you expecting?

Hi mate. You received the funds from Amazon which you withdrew on Sat and they suspended your account.

Have you ever received that funds after tuesday.

This is what happened to me. If you can advise, it will be helpful, so I can see if I am getting my funds or not.

i didnt receive it, they just sent me the payment disburst email but i never receive the money.

So are you saying guys if Amazon close your account in any type of way you won't receive your money forever

you should get it in 90 days but ive found that it can be longer if you havent added a bank account - they make you post a letter with your bank details on - cant fax or email has to be a letter.

Either way they make it a real ball-ache to get your funds - emails go unresponded too for weeks then suddenly you get an email saying they are still investigating...all games dragging it out trying to put you off doing this again.

I have 3 accounts that have gone well over 6 months getting the run around if i didn't know that this is the game they play i'd have written the money off a long time ago.

I know if Amazon suspended your account you will get your found in 90 days so what about if they close your account are you still able to get your money in 90 days

If they close your account no most of the time you will not see your inventory/money back.
