I just finished reading amazon ghost, Ton of info that might have created a second option for me, please share your thoughts

initially the plan was to use my mother's name and my recently formed S corp info ( EIN..etc) my mother is a 10% holder of the S corp.

this is going to be my first ghost account, should I go ahead and use her name, and info just incase and keep the EIN for a second account or back up in the near future, or should i just go ahead use her name and then the corp'S EIN banking etc.

I kind of dont want to create tax complications for the madre.

second concern, if all goes well and account passes any kind of reviews, How quickly can I scale up other than first month's radar, I have a 2017 sales goal in mind and I wish to hit my target.
