Amazon Buy Boxes (small and large) Puzzling
 

hi

So i have a 10+ year old amazon buying account.

I recently modified it so sell and have been doing so sporadically.

i now have approximately 20+ listings but for the life of me I cannot ever get in the buy box.

my feedback is 96% and i have 100 feedback. Rest are neutral or negative.

i have never been the buy box and its always been 0%. My price competitiveness is 90% yet I have never won the buy box

3 months ago ish i changed from sole trader to a ltd comppany.

i have all green in seller matrics. nearly 100% positive feedback, lower pricing than the buy boxes but i cant get the buy boxes (small or large)

what am i doing wrong?

its puzzling.

anyone care to share some tricks?

Are you using FBA on any of your listings?

sales are probably too low to qualify for the buy box

You generally need to ship fast with tracking, respond fast to messages, receive 5 star positive feedback -- as much as possible to get buy box.

You mentioned you changed sole trader to Ltd company did amaozn done this for you as heard they create lot of issue and suspend the old account and ask for new Ltd account
