Activity: 0% Longevity: 60% | | £2500 in account, Amazon not responding to e-mails
Hello fellow people, in need of some
My Amazon account was suspended in November, waiting for the 90 days to pass although there is still £2500 in my Amazon account. I cannot login to the account therefore e-mail is my only option.
I have tried to email every single department, including managing director although it's been over 2 weeks without a response from anyone.
Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get this money back?
Thanks for any help
Stefano

Hi,
If the account is Europe, In this case you cannot log in you should wait.. the payments may delay some and you not have any way to know the eta.. them can release money 30-90 days after your 90 days is pass..

You need to keep emailing the payments teams as they are the teams who can process the payment. You can also try bezos and the managing director. Persistence is the only way of getting anything done with amazon

The only thing you can do really is to keep sending emails and hope they disburse the money after 90 days. Best of luck to you mate

guys please do not give such negative and inaccurate information. Amazon lost a shipment of mine, £5,000 worth. and then they suspended the account with £1,100 in it. so they had £6,100 belonging to me and i wasnt able to access the account. Well sure enough, after a sh*t ton of emails later, i got more than what i was owed back.

You guys need to start taking amazon to court for all these blocked accounts where they are sitting on your money. This forum likes to discourage people by telling them they cant sue amazon with a stealth account because its not in their name.My business partner and I did it twice with success. The fact that the accounts dont have our name wasnt even a factor.Guarentee if more people start suing for this theyll stop holding money hostage.

I have, but the majority don't

On some accounts its taken 9 months to get it back on accounts where i can't log in ... they are making it as frustrating as possible so you think twice about stealthing... the subject header is important change it to something customer service orientated such as 'urgent complaint' 'Lack of communication'

Thats why they dont give a fk even if you sue them. They can just delay it forever. Quote:

I cant speak for uk law but I have a feeling the people commenting on how its impossible never even attempted it either.Amazon cant delay it forever,my first try was delayed for sending the lawsuit to the wrong amazon office.I simply refiled the lawsuit to the correct office and It took around 5 months to get a court date. There was no legal tricks from their end.Amazon has half you guys so shaken up you dont even try.

I have got them to give me a date in writing prior to deletion, and interestingly the person concerned made a point of saying i would have to contact them on or after the 90 day release date to request the payment, so seems the sneaky buggers are not automatically processing payments unless requested now.

I word my balls off to get my money back and i got it back, my case was espeically difficult considering my position when amazon never even recognised that my shipment was even delivered to them BUT with enough hard work i still got them to payout.

Hello everyone,
So the Bezos team got back to me saying:
"My name is XXXX , and I am a member of the Amazon Seller Accounts Escalations team. Jeff Bezos received your email and I am responding on his behalf.
Having reviewed your account I must inform you that we still are conducting an evaluation of your selling activities before releasing your reserved funds. Please send an email to payments-investigate@amazon.co.uk on or after XXXX to request the disbursement of your funds.
“7. Notwithstanding the provisions of clause B.6.4, if we reasonably conclude, based on information available to us, that seller's actions and/or performance in connection with the Service may result in disputes, chargebacks or other claims, then we may in our sole and absolute discretion delay initiating any remittances and withhold any payments to be made or that are otherwise due to seller in connection with the Service or this Agreement for the shorter of: (a) a period of 90 days following the initial date of suspension; or (b) completion of any investigation(s) regarding any seller actions and/or performance in connection with this Agreement.”
Thank you for your patience during our review process.
Warmest regards,"
E-Mail has been sent to the payments-investigate team, and guess what..... Still no reply!
I've e-mailed the Bezos team once again. I'll keep you guys posted.
On a brighter note, i've just had some great news. Managed to get my first ever account (which is registered in my own name) re-instated!!!!
Here we go again.
Thanks for the helpful responses!
