Whats the highest ODR you weathered?

Just got hit with a 3rd neg for a lost package. buyers are fast to leave neg but never contact the seller first.

As it stands it looks like im going to be at 1.7% ODR short term for about 2 weeks. Account is 3 years old no prior issues besides this.

Anyone ever had their ODR short term really high?

Got hit with a recent claim and Amazon funded it so I wonder if that will come into play if they suspend me?

Its all subjective. Really depends on a case by case situation

8% before they killed the account after i couldn't get it down. They still emailing me to get the account back like twice a week.

about 2 months and a half. sad part it was right around holiday season...
