Harassment Issue
 
Hello everyone,

one of my competitor he is harassing me from one week to remove listing as he is the only one who is selling that product now me started selling, he sent me three emails i contacted with amazon regarding this they said u don't need to worry just keep selling.

today he again sent me email described that i have bought an item from u and will going to post a negative review which can be harmful for me.

anyone one have this issue faced please guide me

Contact Amazon, they can see the message and take action.

Contacting Amazon ahead of time is the best thing you can do. If he follows through with negative feedback just follow up with Amazon

Mehboob saheb if he is the only seller selling that gives me indication he is the brand owner perhaps private label owner. You might want to check that on USPTO website or check if there is a website of this brand already exists. If he is then he can delist you from that listing regardless of when and how you contact seller support. If he is not the brand owner you can be worry free.

just report him back with all the evidence ( emails he sent you ) for harrassment. Harassment = Ban in amazon.

For some things you dont even need to come to Aspkin forum, unless its to get advice on how you dont need advice because the problem can be sorted out even before leaving ebay/amazon etc
