Has anyone got their account upgraded to a tier II? I though after 6 months of being a good seller they will upgrade the account so the 7 day hold after delivery goes away is this true? I am trying now. Any advice?

I emailed twice never heard anything. Is there a another email that works? I feel like the first seller support didn't know what to do. 2nd time it look like it was forwarded correctly. If you are upgraded basically same day sales are released right?
