Suspended Please help!
 

I have account that got suspended for this. I don't know how to fix it. Would you recommend? Its a million dollar account. Which sucks.

Specifically, our review found that you have repeatedly shipped less quantity than what was submitted on your shipment plan and have subsequently submitted reimbursement claims for the shortages.

We encourage you to take appropriate steps to resolve any pending orders. Note that any amounts paid as a result of A-to-z Guarantee claims and chargebacks may be deducted from your seller account.

After 90 days, the hold will be removed and any remaining funds will be available per your settlement schedule. In addition, balance and settlement information will be available in the Payments section of your seller account. If you have questions about these funds, please write to payments-funds@amazon.com.

**** i thought having my paypal account limited which was linked to an account scheduled to make around 350K this year was bad. I wouldnt be sleeping if i lost a million dollar account. I just pulled all my merchandise from amazon last night after they nulled a bunch of my items.

I dont wanna lose 2 real accounts this month and have what could amount to a normal persons yearly income frozen for 3-6 months.

Watching to see how this one ends up. From the email it looks like you can appeal with a solid plan of action.

What would you say in the plan of action??? Thats where i am lost. The problem was due to using refunds manager and amz refunds. We had this happen twice over six months. Two suspensions. First one i got back. This one I want to. But I don't want to sound like a broken record. I do thank god for this board though. Have other assets in the amazon portfolio

I believe this account gone does not matter what u put in appeal this will be rejected
