Amazon CA is still working - While Amazon US suspended
 

Hi folks,
My amazon professional account is suspended due to copyright issues. Even though it was a mistake on only one of the items.
Though I can still add products and sell on Amazon Canada. Do you suggest I should continue to sell on Amazon Canada or is it too risky now as they might suspend it too and hold the payment?

Also my first appeal was not of any use but they are still giving me a chance to appeal again. I can tell this by looking at the case log and there is a button to appeal it. Any suggestions for that?

I would be weary about selling on Canada, you might get away with it for a VERY long time, but one day your account will be suspended for no reason.

Just keep appealing - with very good, detailed plans until they stop responding.

Happened to me, I'm still on CA after 5 years getting banned on AZ US.

However it's a very old account, and I have signed up for US and CA separately 5 years ago. The accounts were later merged to a nafta account or whatever it is called. Then US got banned but I still kept CA. So not sure if this will work with a newer accounts too. In Europe, if you get banned on one european marketplace, the others will follow within a few days or weeks.

Happened to me before also. My usa acc got banned so i started using CA acc but that also got banned after a few months but thats cause lots of complaints etc. Now on my new accounts, once the USA acc gets banned, the Ca acc also gets banned

I recommend starting fresh on a new account if 1 marketplace has issues

Its only a matter of time before the other marketplace gets affected.
