Tide Bank, Other Prepaid Bank Accounts Not Accepted? AMAZON UK
 

For me it's something new, didn't make any account in a while, now that I opened a new amazon account last month, registered as a limited company, and opened a business bank account with tide bank, last night amazon asked me for more information regarding bank account, they needed a statement or a bank letter, I already had a verification letter from tide, which I uploaded last night but to my surprise in the morning I got an email from amazon that they don't accept prepaid bank accounts, I knew about amazon not accepting prepaid cards but bank accounts, I already have received couple of deposits from amazon in same bank account, before I used cash plus account without any problem too,

So either this is something new or I am missing on something?

Any solution?

Try using larger banks like nationwide, Santander, natwest, hsbc, coop, Payoneer etc

They definitely do accept prepaid banks.

The problem with Amazon is one member of staff to another do not go by the same rules.

Every time you get a new email one member of staff will say they don't accept something and then the next time on another account the same will be accepted. It's a pain in the ass.

Now sent them a bank statement last night, and they have rejected it aswell, and the problem is every time you get a different reply for rejection, should I keep sending them the documents again and again or forget about this account?
