Secondly, can 1 person buy products over and over so that the Order defect rating gets more dilute? Just asking as my account got into risk for having high late deliveries and A-to-Z claims (1.57% total)

Don't drag your friends and family into your business plan. Their accounts can be suspended as well upon manual reviews.

I think it would be fairly safe, as long as they are from unlinked households....

but, I would not want people knowing my user id, and watching my business dealings, so no way.......

Theoretically it is possible and even you can create your own accounts and do so, but this is obviously shilling and they take that very seriously if you're caught. Weigh the pros and cons and decide yourself
