Hey all,

Pleasure to be here.

I recently had the dreaded email from Amazon removing my seller privileges after 6 months of Hardcore FBA Buildup.

I am appealing this, but I want to get a Stealth account running so I bought and read the e Book.

I have all required pieces setup except a new business entity.

Being based in the UK, With the first Amazon account I setup as a Sole trader and used my UTR (Unique Tax Reference).

I plan to use my Mum's adddress and ID for the new Amazon account.

Do I have to setup another company in the UK in her name? Or a LTD company with me as a Majority Shareholder? I will need a new Tax number right?

Has anybody else done this in the UK? I would appreciate any help you can offer.
