Using same mobile hotspot for new ghost account?
 

I was recently suspended. I am in the process of making a new account. I have 1 new computer and I plan on reinstalling OS on my computer (been meaning to do it for awhile, so not a big deal).

My question is, I have been using my mobile phone as a hotspot when i worked on my now suspended account. Because cellphones use dynamic IP, can I use my mobile phone as a hotspot for the new account without being caught?

Every time I reset my phone and check the ip, it's always different. This would seem to be ok to do, but i'm not sure. Anyone have knowledge of this and can help?

It's probably fine

But you could run into the same IP previously used and it could compromise your account

That may (might) be fine, but if you weren't keeping track of your previous IP's you could very well repeat an IP. And if you are selling the same stuff, it won't look good.

You would be much better off getting a Mifi from another carrier, then you won't even have the same IP range. $30 will buy you 3 Gigabytes of monthly data from most carriers.

Another option is to get a VPN from IPBURGER or 24VC. Both have annual plans for about $10 a month.
