Non-USA Sellers - Creating a new Amazon account after being suspended.
 

Has anyone of you who is a non-USA person successfully create your stealth Amazon account (post 2017)? I have been suspended since Feb 2017 and after 3 rounds of appeals, kept being denied by Amazon. I'm thinking of registering an LLC with my spouse' particulars through Legalzoom or Delaware Inc services, and then use this new info to create a new Amazon seller account. Will these services help in getting us set up proper with a new legit USA business address, bank account and credit card details?

Could those of you International people who were in the same situation share your thoughts here? I'd appreciate greatly. Thanks!

You can still make them -- as long as you follow proper stealth protocol you should be fine

Have you registered a business presence in US? If you have, could you share your experience, tips and any difficulty in setting up all these and your stealth account? Thanks.
